YUGA Engineers have recently provided complete site support related to erection and commissioning to an leading Energy company in Thailand for a 10 MW Power Plant turnkey project.
The services include site supervision, inspection and complete project management of a 55TPH and 45 Kg/cm2 Boiler along with Balance of Plant equipment like White Ash, Wet Ash and Dry Ash handling equipment, Fuel handling system and PLC based Control system. The activities included supervision of site fabrication work, Planning for daily activities, work distribution, material receipt, inspection, managing design changes, supervision of work done by local contractors, conducting hydro teat of boiler and initial performance tests.
Complete project management to meet critical timelines along with co-ordination between client project team and local authorities for meeting statutory and regulatory requirements was the essence of the services being offered by team YUGA.

YUGA Engineers with their vast experience in Energy and Environment has recently conducted a site Revaluation study for a complete boiler package which was in use in a textile mill in Maharashtra. The activities included detailed study and analysis of critical components to understand the extent wear and tear, corrosion attack and any other damage during the operation lifecycle. It included identifying any over hauling requirement for parts which have suffered extensive damages. YUGA Engineers have established a detailed process for revaluation activity which can be used across industry to identify and prevent any failures and take corrective action on time leading to smooth functioning of plants.

The activities included creating detailed welding processes including WPS, PQR, training and qualification of welders for different techniques and positions to ensure defect free welds resulting into on-time deliveries to its customers.

The activities included establish the process parameters to achieve desired results through mock-ups, training of workmen at site, overall supervision of the work being done, verifying the quality of expansion through hydro test of the boiler and hand over to client.

YUGA Engineers have recently provided complete site support to a leading Energy and Environment company who had supplier a boiler package to a chemical company in Gujarat. The client faced challenges related to cracking of superheater tubes which need to be rectified within critical time limits. YUGA Engineers undertook the challenge and completed the repair and rectification work onsite and restored steam supply within 24 hours to have minimum interruption in the chemical plants process. This was followed by a detailed root cause analysis and discussion with the OEMs Engineering team for design modifications for preventing such incidents in future.

The services included establishing and monitoring of the planning and scheduling system, quality planning for receipt, in-process and final inspection along with documentation, working closely with sub-suppliers for material planning and prioritization and delivery expediting, extensive training of supplier personal. YUGA was able to add value to the overall supply chain which resulted in doubling the output of automotive cabins within 3 months from start of the engagement.
